    Venae currently teaches weekly classes in Tai Chi, Yoga, Deep Stretch & Sculpt Toning, ZumbaLine Dance, and Barre Sculpt Toning, along with Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, & Ballroom. Private individual and group sessions are available.

    When you step on your mat in his class you feel his relaxed nature and energy. Allow Tyler to guide you through each posture and gentle movement.
